What we are funding now
Grants are awarded through the year against detailed proposals from our partners. Our continuing work is with two organisations:
- Karin Dom, Varna — early childhood development support for children with mental and physical disability, including the intensive week-therapy programme expanded since the new premises opened in 2022
- ZOV, Veliko Tarnovo and Gorna Oryahovitsa — the Children’s Club, the Penyo and Maria family centres, the Crisis Centre, the Day Centre and Family Centre for children with disabilities, mentoring and outreach, and the annual summer camps
A special appeal by our Honorary Secretary and Treasurer also helped Foundation Kaleidoscope care for refugee children arriving from Ukraine.
